Capital Accounting Group provides bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, and QuickBooks services to DC Metro small businesses. Site content is informational only — not legal or financial advice. Engagements are governed by a separate client services agreement.
By submitting your phone number you consent to receive SMS from Capital Accounting Group regarding appointments, inquiry responses, and service updates. Standard rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. We do not sell your mobile number.

All financial and business information shared in the course of services is strictly confidential. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. Staff are bound by confidentiality obligations. We will not disclose client information except as required by law, to service providers under confidentiality agreements, or with your written consent.
We retain client information per applicable tax and accounting regulations (generally 7 years). We use industry-standard security measures, though no internet transmission is 100% secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days. Some data may be retained as required by law.
All Site content is the property of Capital Accounting Group or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capital Accounting Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. Disputes shall be resolved in Washington, DC courts.
